Truffle Recipe: 1C whipping cream to a boil. 2 and 2/3 C chocolate. In seperate bowl, slowly combine both ingredients until mixed/disolved.(This will take patience;slowly stir until chocolate is completely melted) Refridgerate for a few hours. Ball using a melon baller (each time dipping baller in HOT water to easily release chocolate ball). Decorate. I added coconut and almond, and also cappaccino flavoring for the cappaccino truffles, cocoa, powdered suger, nuts, sprinkles, white chocolate... you name it.
Reese's Cheesecake Recipe: Crust: about 20 crushed Oreos, 2 Tbs melted butter. Press on buttom of pie pan. Cut Reeses (about 6) and sprinkle on bottom of crust. Filling: 2 pkgs cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 2/3 C sugar. Mix together. Decorate with reeses on top (optional) Bake 350* about 35 min.
(I added cocoa to some of the filling mixture, set it aside, and added to the top to make a swirl design. Also added about 1/2 C cream cheese and 1/2 C powdered sugar for top of cheesecake, using pipping bag)
